Interesting note about Marvels Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D

So, interesting tidbit. While other Film companies own the FILM rights to 2 large chunks of the Marvel universe (Spider man and the Xmen) turns out those companies DO NOT hold the TV rights. What does this mean? most likely nothing, but it is interesting to think about.
Could Spidey show up in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.? doubtful, but interesting.....
