Wanna See Tom Waits do a Impression of Joker from the Dark Kinght?

Kidding aside, but some folks have in the past pointed out that some of Heath Ledger's AMAZING version of the Joker was partially inspired but young Tom Waits. After watching this video, I'd have to agree.
